Accommodation
The FPA has reserved rooms at hotels and apartments during the
conference. For more information please visit the Accommodation menu of
the website.
Session
nomination
The conference program will feature a number of intensive Master Class
sessions within the program streams (see the program for details on
each Master Class). These sessions offer delegates an intensive session
on a particular subject, and attendance is included in your conference
registration. Due to the room size limitations, attendance is limited
and if you wish to attend these Master Classes, you must pre-register
your interest.
Delegates are not required to nominate which other breakout sessions
they’d like to attend in advance. Delegates can attend their
preferred session unless the room is closed as a result of maximum
capacity being reached.
CPD points
Your name tag will contain a barcode which will be scanned by staff
upon entry and exit of each session to determine how many Continuing
Professional Development (CPD) points each individual delegate has
obtained. We ask that you respect the staff scanning the barcodes and
understand that even if you don’t require CPD points that
your
barcode must be scanned.
CPD points for each session will be advised on the website in September
once sessions have been assessed. CPD points for some plenary and open
forum sessions will be assessed onsite and therefore CPD points will
not be released until after the conference.
CPD point accreditation will be awarded to delegates by email four
weeks from the close of the conference.
Catering
All catering will be served in the Trade Expo at meal times indicated
on the conference program, unless otherwise stated
Dress code
The dress code for the conference and Wednesday networking reception is
