About the Awards
The FPA Value of Advice Awards publicly acknowledge those FPA members who demonstrate ‘best practice’ financial advice for their clients, while also promoting the professionalism of FPA practitioner members. The awards were created to promote and define the value of professional advice.
Entries in the awards program must demonstrate how the recommendations and outcomes of financial advice gave value to a real life client in one of four categories.
The Awards are open to CFP® practitioners and those undertaking the CFP Certification Program.
Why enter?
The awards provide an opportunity to receive recognition from your professional Association, the financial planning community and your peers by demonstrating a positive client story that shows the huge difference that financial advice makes to the lives of your clients.

Nomination process
FPA members are encouraged to enter the awards as a self-nominated entrant. However there is also an opportunity for anyone to nominate an FPA member that they recommend as a candidate in the awards program. This can be done by simply completing the online form. The FPA will then contact the nominated member to recommend that they enter a submission in the awards program. This peer nomination process will help to encourage outstanding FPA members to enter the program.
